Which WWII or pre-war airforce used as an insignia that was a Teutonic cross? I think the color was red. Was it Lithuania?

Thanks! That's it.

I ask because a family member has asked me to examine some swords passed down and one of them is a mystery as it has a Teutonic Cross on it. Is there a good sword ID forum on the web?

I think the Lithuanian marking was a Cross of Lorraine, with equal length arms. Not red, though.

Absolutely not Teutonic.
Portugal used the cross of the Military Order of Christ (previously the Royal Order of the Knights of Our Lord Jesus Christ – Real Ordem dos Cavaleiros de Nosso Senhor Jesus Cristo).
Rather a Templar cross.

The red cross is still in use by the portuguese air force...
