Ju 87 D-5, W.Nr. 142083, V8+BD of 3./NSGr. 1.

Made an emergency landing at Eudenbach/Darmstadt on 1 January 1945.

Crew: Ofw. Kiefer, Fw. Kriso.

Accodring to Technical Intelligence Report A-316: found on 21 March 1945 at Sauerwiese A/F, 2 km SW Buchholz.

Posts 4228 - 4229: location for both Fw 190 and Bf 109 G-6's or G-8's is Fl.Pl. Chartres-Champhol.

Notice also the W.Nr. position for the Bf 109 G in the foreground: the large numbered W.Nr. under the swastika does speak for a Bf 109 G-8 either from 1./NAGr. 13, 3./NAGr. 13 or 3./NAGr. 14 all hosted at Chartres-Champhol between June and August 1944.

Breaking news : Mark Proulx just confirmed W.Nr. 413 627 under the beam, the other plane in the front being WNF built Bf 109 G-6 W.Nr. 441877, verified by other photos from his collection. With all my thanks to him.
