170071: I never realized, until now, there was something painted on nose just before the "2".

Possibly an american tag: I see RS*(...) and it is painted over the scorched cannon bay area.

Hi Franck,

I think you are right. And if you enlarge the picture you will find that the starboard gun access door is flipped up and also has white writing on it.
