Do 17 Z W.Nr. 2899, 9./KG 2, crash landing after being shot up by fighters, Fl.Pl. Wereteni, 16 August 1941. After repair it was flown later by the Kroatische Kamfgruppe as "Z8+AH", until one of the pilots, Albin Vouk, elected to desert with this machine and crash landed it 30 July 1944 on Cerignola airfield, Italy.

"30 July 1944 … Ltn. Albeiu Vouk and four others, all defectors from 1./Kroat. Lw. Legion, crash landed their Do 17Z-5 (W.Nr.2899, Z8+AH; callsign PF+EN) in southern Italy during the day."
