Re: Cptn. Walter H. Schulze, 138th Aero Squadron

Hello Mr. Schulze,
one year ago I initiatet a search for inormations of the "Peace Messenger", who died in my town Montabaur in 1919. I got some informations from Yale and West Point and the memorial book, and so could write a short essay for our archiv, but unfortunately I never got contact to a member of the Schulze- or Burch-family.
So today, exactly 90 years after the accident of your uncle's father (?), it happened that I found your e-mail of 2008. I'm very interessted to got more informations about Walter H. Schulze (I), like photos of him or objects he owned (like thes Cavalry sabers).

Would be very glad to hear from you (cpb@gmx.de).

Yours
Claus Peter Beuttenmüller, Montabaur, Germany

138 Aero used Coblenz-Karthause and Weissenthurm/Rhine Airfields.
The American Cemetery must be the old French Cemetery at Karthause from the 1870/71 war.
