I guess that in this paragraph, "K-4" should be read as G-10...

There was only one chance that the K-4 was "chin-less", and this occurred with those very few produced by Erla (W.Nr. 570xxx batch), which retained the same external characteristics of the G-10s produced by that firm.

And, IMHO, the lack of the chin bulges is very noticeable on photographs.
