I know there are reports taken from recce missions of all enemy airfields with the given type and number of all aircraft observed.

Thanks for that, Schenck. When the war ended, AFHQ, being a joint command, microfilmed all of its records, including those of MAAF. London got the originals while NARA Washington and AFHRA Maxwell got microfilm copies. But 15th AAF and 12th AAF were U.S. commands so the originals came back to the U.S. I don't know if Kew got microfilm copies, but I would suspect not.

I wouldn't know if there is anything relevant to USAAF exclusively held in NA, either in paper or microfilm form, apart from escapee reports that mostly relate to USAAF crews from 15AF, all lumped together in microfilmed AIR51 series.

Thanks for mentioning those. It might be of interest to Tyler B. that the escape and evasion files for MAAF and 15th AAF contain material on Dulag 172. I remember seeing it about 25 years ago when I was looking through the material at AFHRA Maxwell.
