Just turning an attention to the references for the Luftwaffe OOB tables before the Kursk battle (Das Deutsche Reich und der Zweite Weltkrieg, Bd.8, s.90-92): BA-MA RL 2-III/725. Whether such data exists for other Air Fleets and for other dates in RL 2-III/725? Luftflotte 4 in April-June 1943 is interesting foremost.
