Re: Bf109T
All right.... nothing precise said but- no operational T in 1944? Please don't misunderstand me- I plan to build kit of this plane and I have search all available info I could get and then get upon this info. Placing of link here is point on source of info, nothing else.
Thank you for all of your comments :) P.S. no way to build kit until I get any descent book or few pages sample for build and paint reference |
Re: Bf109T
Hi
Definitely operational Bf 109T's in 1944! http://www.ww2.dk/oob/bestand/jagd/bhelgo.html Get the camouflage and markings booklet by Aakra and Kjaeraas as a reference. Regards, Andreas B |
Re: Bf109T

Re: Bf109T
One possible correction - I believe the English book is a translation of Frank Marshall's first work on the subject, and that his German second edition (not translated) has details not present in the English.

You are right I think, have to check tonight. Regards, Andreas B |
Re: Bf109T
Frank's first book was english title "Sea Eagles". Second and really a whole new german book with lot of new informations, was "Messerschmitt Bf 109T Die Jäger der Graf Zeppelin".
