The spinner of the first one, (an E-3?) looks a bit odd, as if it was an F or a G type. Must be the angle of the photograph...

So if it's not Oesau then which Kommandeur is it? It is an F model. Grass and leaves on distant trees...

1/ Why the scoreboard isn't complete? (Whatever the Gr.Kdr. we can choose the scoreboard doesn't match anyway)
2/ From where does this info come from? (I mean Oesau and the WNr.)

JG 3, III Gruppe Kommandeur, Bf 109F, spring summer early autumn it's gotta be between Oesau and Andres, with Kijewski on the outside.
