While you are looking at books like these, I'll take the opportunity to very strongly recommend Don Caldwell's "The Luftwaffe Over Germany". I understand it's not in your core area of interest, but a careful reading of that title brings forth very forcefully the dominant nature of US industrial power in the air war in Europe. It may well change your view of the air war as a whole and put the Eastern front air campaign into perspective.
