One intresting point I read in Aders book about Jagdgeschader 51
"Mölders".
In some sentences he wrote about verification procedure in LW and that the pilot who make a claim need a witness. But in the next sentence he wrote that the claims without witneses was also accepted temporary since the Kursk battle und the final verification should be processed after the victory (Endsieg).

If the Aders information is true, maybe it is one explanation why in 1944 the result of LW is quite the similar as in 1943, even through the strength of figther was further strong reduced.
