I'd say the difference is not big, it's huge.

Great, but huge is very relevant, + 10 % new, + 65 % new, +120 % a new datas?

Or more a total different book, new quality like: cellar phone v. smartphone?

Even for 10 % is a huge difference, and for 120 % also. And exactly (+/-)?

I cannot precisely say the percentage, but I'd estimate it's more than 60%. The Czech edition was one volume, this series will consist of three.

This is very deep improvments, almost new construction.

Hello Denes,

I am very interested in your future vol. 2 of "Magyar Warriors".
I wonder if you can provide some details about this new book and its publication date.
Does it describe the air operations on a daily basis? I feel it will be very detailed...
Best regards.

Marco

Re: 'Magyar Warriors' (vol. 1)

Hello Marco,

Vol. 2 will consist of the following chapters:
CHAPTER 4: THE ROYAL HUNGARIAN AIR FORCE – Development and Operations (1920-1945)
CHAPTER 5: ROYAL HUNGARIAN RIVER FLOTILLA AND SEAGOING SHIPS
CHAPTER 6: OPERATIONAL HISTORY OF THE ROYAL HUNGARIAN ARMY (1938-1945)

The chapter devoted to the air force cannot be a day-by-day account, as that would require an entirely separate book (and a thick one, I may add). Currently the chapter consists of 23,562 words (excluding the detailed photo captions), which means it will be quite a long chapter.

The publication date of vol. 2 is yet unknown, but it won't be very soon, I assume in about a year or so.

[quote=Dénes Bernád;198084]If you're interested in the whole 100-year span of the Hungarian air force, you may need this large size, high quality printed bilingual book I co-authored:

The link to Amazon states they don't stock this book anymore and don't know when/if it will be stocked.
Any idea where it still can be located?
Cheers
Stig
