At Brian's request, here's the relevant bit of CX/MSS/OPD 1193 for 3 June 1944. The original is very faint, so this is the best I could do with it.

Very much appreciated, Nick, thank you. I think that last turning point is 25 West 123 (the '3' might be a '5' but that doesn't matter for my purposes). Decoded the turning point is 51 30N 10 30W which fits perfectly with the position of the data plotted on the corresponding Met Office chart.
