No.27. You are welcome Sirbob. Franck Benoiton suggested that the correct term is a "Bf 109 G style" engine cowling, and provide clarification on FB page Bf 109 from Anton to Toni. I will not report the whole narrative, but it would appear that this was a field modification, which got something to do with the Bf 109 F sparking plug problems. I have not paid attention to this feature before, so I will leave Franck to take part in further discussion, if any, here if he wishes to do so.

What is with the Ju 87B-1 in 125. odd painting. Overall light color with dark overspray on top.
