Indeed on the original photograph caption it is written: Stab F. d. Luft Wilhelmshaven/Sengwarden.

Any more information about this unit would be most welcomed. I do thank to all the participants (up now) for your help and info.

I have tracked most of the listed LW officials on the picture, but some are still unknown to me...
