Hello Michel,

according to the Summarische Verlustmeldungen/summary loss records on 30 Jan 1944 the JG 2 lost 6 aircraft:

Stab/JG 2
2 Fw 190 loss category 4 (Totalverlust durch Bordwaffenbeschuß auf Feindflug mit Feindbeobachtung/destroyed by gunfire from enemy aircraft on operational flight observed by enemy)

III./JG 2
2 Fw 190 loss category 1 (vermißt durch Feindeinwirkung auf Feindflug/missing due to enemy action)

III./JG 2
2 Fw 190 loss category 4.

In JFV Vol. 13/III are given the same loss numbers.

Leo: This is what I have which is why I asked the question in relation to the photo
