According to Gebhard Aders in Monogram Close Up 8 "Fw 190 F" none of this type was built.

The only information I have about III./KG 200's equipment is that it flew the Fw 190 F-8 and that seven or so of 11. Staffel's machines (inherited from Einhorn?) could carry bombs of 1000 kg (as used at Remagen). There is no further detail of /U's or /R's in the sources I have seen.
