Actually there is only one air to air victory against manned aircraft attributed to Ukraine AF up until now, and that is Su-25 shot down by UAF MiG-29 on the first day of the war over Hostomel airport (Mig-29 was then shot down by a S-400 from Belarus - well known video of burning wreck in the Kiev reservoir, with pilot parachuting next to it).


UAF stopped any attempts at air combat already in May 2022, because they didn't have anything comparable to Russian R-77 and R-37 missiles.


Ukraine MiG 29s are used either as UAV/cruise missiles hunters in the western part of Ukraine or as HARM shooters

Yes, it does seem that those two Cessnas are the only substantiated claims by Mig-29


Another strong candidate is Armenian Su-25 shot down over Vardenis during Second Nagorno Karabah war. Armenians tried to spin this loss as shot down by Turkish F-16-s based in Azerbaijan, but it is much more likely, that it was shot down by Azeri MiG-29 (S-300 was less likely because of mountainous terrain). That Su-25 was trying to catch Azeri drones, that were attacking buses with Armenian "volunteers" moving to Karabah.

Regarding the Ukraine claims. several UAF MiG-29s from 40th Tactical Aircraft Brigade were involved in combat on the first day od invasion and 6 of them were lost. They claimed 2 RuAF Su-25,while Russians admitted one loss ("lost because of pilot's error"). The claimant may be the unknown two-seater pilot, who ejected from SD plane, or Lt. Colonel Yerko, who was killed.


In connection with Armenian loss, even less is known. Azerbaijan has claimed this aircraft, but without any details. The reason may be, that it was shot down by Azeri fighter operating over Armenia proper and not over Karabakh. That would be contrary to Azeri claims, that their operation was limited only to Karabakh. (They did attack several Armenian S-300 and Scud launchers in Armenia later, but allegedly only in response to the missiles they fired into Azerbaijan).
