Thanks richdlc, I am very grateful.

As things get closer to completion, I might ask for feedback from forum users about whether people might prefer to purchase individual chapters rather than find themselves presented with a bill for a book including vast amounts of material that doesn't hugely interest them. As indicated, the Luftwaffe sections alone (chapter and appendices) add up to a reasonably substantial book in their own right. If TOCH forum users wanted to buy just that section, then obviously I wouldn't be charging anything like as much as I will charge for a book containing all nine chapters plus appendices.
