November 1944. German Cross in Gold on 9. April 1942. Luftwaffe Honor Goblet on 7. October 1941. </p> <p>-</p> <p>Nickel-plated steel blade showing the maker's mark of SMF Solingen and the Luftwaffe acceptance mark. Light stains on both sides. </p> <p>Golden-yellow handle with intact wire wrapping. No chipping. Aluminum handle fittings. The gilding of the swastikas on the pommel is completely preserved. "Mundt" is named on the back of the crossguard. Silvered steel scabbard which is free of dents. </p> <p>Comes with the original dagger hangers and officer's portepee. Fully working snap clips. RZM "U.E.10" maker marked and "DRGM" marked." |
