I think we now have the full picture, thanks to you .

The full story is that the grand niece of Werner Bauch contacted us as she knew nothing about the fate of her grand uncle, and she wanted have details about him and his end.

She is now delighted by all the information she got. we have maybe even found the crash site, however still to be confirmed, and she contemplates coming to Provence in memory of her grand uncle.
