Jul 21, 1944. MACR 7149. Pilot bailed out and became POW.

Must be these a/c but not Merville but Stenay wiseppe.

is possible, that this photo is from same location (not same hangar like with 2 Hurricanes, Battle and Master - there is no the hole), but another hangar from same airfield?

Hi,

To sum-up : place of this photo is Mourmelon but these two A/C crashed at Stenay-Wiseppe and were sent to Mourmelon.

S/Ldr Dewar of 87 Sq. was flying Hurricane P2540 when he was injured in a landing accident.

The first of these is the Potez 25.55 F-AMOH. The second looks familiar, but any help with the ID gratefully received. Its not the Couzinet 10 F-AQCD is it?

Hi Clint - Yes you are correct - It is the Couzinet 10 - captured intact but not certain what the Germans actually did with it?
