Since the Germans has a habit of using the same registration many times I cannot be more specific, but production of the model started in 1954 or so.

When I first saw this I thought it looked unusual and might be post-war because of the I prefix so I agree it is a Beech design - I have the post-war reg as dated as late as 1986 for this aircraft.
