It should be the ATG factory at Leipzig. This company built diverse Junkers aircraft in license throughout the war.

I see that many of these photos originate from the collection of my old friend, Roland 'Rollie' Dibnah, DFC S\L RAF. He died many years ago, but was a true gentleman.

According to the caption it's a factory for making dummy aircraft but my first thought was they looked like razorback P-47s!
