This is the answer I received from eBay.de:
"Hello Denes,

thank you for your email. You've informed us that the search on eBay.de provides not enough/not the desired results. I'm sorry to hear this. I am happy to help you..

We are currently testing a new layout of eBay's search system. eBay is testing a number of new features to the website, to request feedback from our customers. The tests usually affect only a small part of the members and are mostly temporary. Some of the tested functions would be possibly permanently integrated, while discarding others.

If the desired function does not work on the eBay site permanently, please update your browser."

I don't buy it, though...

Nice pic of a Spit.

http://www.ebay.de/itm/Orig-Foto-Flu.../251218343164?

Seems to be N3200
First Flight 29-11-39
8MU 2-12-39
19Sq 14-4-40
FTR 27-5-40

Interesting no visible sign of ID letter even though with unit for over a month?

Actually in Air Battle Dunkirk by Norman Franks it has the loss as 26-5-40.

07.34 to 09.15. N3200 was being flown by S/Ldr G D Stephenson. He claimed a Ju87 but was sot down - POW.
In the book "P/O M D Lyne confirmed seeing the Commanding Officer in an apparantly controlled glide over the French coast leaving a trail of blue smoke".

Gerd,

That is, indeed, FM Rommel in the back seat of a Ju 87D-3 of St.G. 3 (unit code "S7" visible). The radio operator's twin machine guns are missing from their mount.

I do not know if Rommel ever actually flew in this aircraft, usually we see him associated with a variety of Fi 156 "Storch" STOL aircraft.

Welcome to the board, GRM
