No it is not.
There are a bunch of photos of these oddly marked early Bf 109s (B - D model)
There were at least three painted like this.
On some of them you can see other German aircraft (Ju 87 for example).
They all carry fictitious markings, all seemingly beginning with E1+ plus the last two
different.
