Re: eBay: Allied intrest
Hi all,
nice photo of Hurricane Mk. I from France, 1940: https://www.ebay.de/itm/388194257274...4AAOSwwJpn7rbq Nicely visible the 1st letter of squadromm code - L - so probably LK and plane from 87. SQ, but then my theory, that this plane is Hawker Hurricane Mk. I L1679 z 1.SQ is wrong :-( Probably same place and same plane like this machine http://www.modelari.org/viewtopic.php?t=2144 Faenor |

Re: eBay: Allied intrest
#1 is Battle K9374/PM-J of 103 Sqn, lost on 14 May 1940.
#4 - I am not totally convinced that this OK-M is AK634. Opinions anyone? |
Re: eBay: Allied intrest
Andy. There are at least 2 other photos of "OK-M"s, one is a Mk.III so no go; the other is also down in the desert but the rudder fabric has gone also the engine and cockpit panels. The last 2 numbers are "64" but AK364 was a Tomahawk; you may have seen this photo. Possibly confused with the one in Ed's photo ?
