Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

I thought initially about Bf 109 G-14 W.Nr. 460 520 "Blaue 11", III./JG 76, Plivot near Athis, late 1944, but this is another Erla built Bf 109 G-14 from an unknown 2./JG.

Cheers
Marc

Thank you Rudi,
If the 109s have been pictured at the same place than the B-24H (I./KG200, 3A+KB) then it's Fl.Pl. Salzburg. Didn't know about the French "Fw 190" though.
Regards,
Franck.
Correction the Fw189 5H+PK ... at Zeltweg

Meanwhile at the Australian War Memorial...
Could the location be in Italy, and what is that tube poking out of the rear?

Perhaps glider towing equipment?

Were some not playing around with a device to thwart fighters through flame discharger?

Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

An early model, at that time 43/44, only used by transport or transport-glider units, so device is some device to tow the LS
