As for your latest find, it might be Me 262 A-1a W.Nr. 170 071 "Weisse 2", found at Kuno 1, next to the Munich-Salzburg Autobahn, near the Brunnthal landing strip. With thanks to Franck Benoiton, over on Luftwaffe airplanes from WWII Group, FB, for the ID and information.

Post #1929. I believe one of the photos was published in Luftwaffe im Focus, issue number not to hand. It concerned an incident where a German pilot made a belly landing and was surrendering. He was shot by American troops.

Post #1923: note the Italian petrol drums (marked "R. AERONAUTICA")

Post #1928: Is that Ju 88 one of the ones put into French service in 1944–45?

Post #1929: Bf 109 of Herbert Maxis, IV./JG 53, shot down during Bodenplatte. This incident has come up in a few past threads.

Re: Post # 1687
Thank you Rudi for these fine photos. I have been studying this aircraft (AM52) for years, but must admit I have dropped the ball lately and been away for some time.
The A/C was shipped in 1947 from RCAF Rockcliffe in Ontario to RCAF Downsview. In 1948 it was displayed once at RCAF Air Force Day at the Staff College in Toronto then again at the Canadian National Exhibition, Toronto in August 1948. Information regarding transit from UK to Canada and RCAF stations was obtained by researcher Lee Walsh from documents at the National Archives in Canada. Along with the A/C 7 Jumo 004 engines were shipped from UK for testing purposes at the National Research Council. None of the A/C were to be considered to be made airworthy and only for study and demonstration purposes. It's ultimate fate and Wk Nr still to be positively determined.
Best Regards and thanks once again for these fine photos.

Vince...

Post 1922: Delle is the border village with Switzerland; on the Swiss side you have Boncourt JU. Check Google Maps ;)

Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

Ok thanks ; I understand I must read Mulhouse and the village of Delle both in France. It is not a "Mühlhausen" town in Germany

Bertrand

ouidjat 14th June 2019 10:00

Re: eBAy: Captured german planes

Left a confusion since Mulhouse in French is written Mülhausen in German; with only one "H" AFTER the "L". Not Mühlhausen.
Check with Carl ;)

Thanks for those, Roger; location is Pilsen, as evidenced by the hangar structures and the 109's, among them this G-12 "Schwarze 12" with yellow rear fuselage band.
