Hi there Gang,

An exceptional find in the Fridhetsmuseum collections, part of the Nationalmuseet Denmark:

Ju 88 G-1 and Bf 109 G-14 , Denmark, May 1945. Source: Nationalmuseet Denmark, inv. FHM-15367
https://www.flickr.com/photos/280920...in/photostream

IMHO, this shot was made in Kastrup. Any confirmation or contradiction ? Thanks in advance

Cheers
Marc

Hallo Marc,

for your III./JG 4 query: Bf 109 K-4 W.Nr. 334 ..., III./JG 4, Jüterbog-Damm (?), March 1945. Source: eBay auction via Facebook.com.

I have what I believe is the original handwriting on the back of the photo – Drewitz?

And here we go with an absolute rarity: A photo of the Erla Heiderblick factory with Bf 109 K-4 fuselages, seen in May 1945.

Hi there Gang,

I was kindly provided today by Martin Reiher, son of Uffz. Gerhard Reiher, from 8./JG 3, with a picture of an Erla built Bf 109 G-10, flown by his father in late 1944 - early 1945.

https://www.flickr.com/photos/280920...in/dateposted/

The machine is said to be "Blaue 2" and the W.Nr. is partially legible. After scrutinizing it to the best of my ability, I read xx1617 which would point to W.Nr. 491617. Any known losses for this W.Nr. batch ? Any details on this particular machine ?

Thanks in advance
Marc
