Thanks for your help Dan.
I suspected U 10E being a radio part, but due to lack of Bf 110 manual I compared it with He 111 Handbuch:
Attachment 3147
Could you explain why my plate has "Ln 27386" not "Ln 27377" delivery code?

Regarding the BBF plate, what is the name of part under the number 8-110.59-09? Can you provide a drawing of this part?

P.S.
I took better photo of #3 plate

net sailor,
Could you advise of the crash location?

Re: ID plates from Bf 110 C-1?

Hello John.
Nearest bigger town is Landsberg an der Warthe (now Gorzów Wielkopolski), exact location: wood between Köningswalde (Lubniewice) and Zelenzig (Sulęcin).

Re: ID plates from Bf 110 C-1?

So is this from a Bf 110 C-1 that was shot down during the Polish campaign in September 1939?

Re: ID plates from Bf 110 C-1?

May it be but I don't know her story. The plane was discovered accidentaly by local forester, not tracked by research on archieves.
It must be an total loss, cause ground aroud the crash site is burnt and there is deep depression on impact place.
#4 - ID plate of DB 601 engine?

My educated guess:
BAUart: DAIMler-Benz
Gerat-Nr:....
Werk-Nr:....
Hersteller: HENSCHEL-Flugmotorenbau G.m.b.H

Finally second half of DB 601 A-1 engine plate has been found. Any thoughts about werknummer of the aircraft with this engine?

Re: ID plates from Bf 110 C-1?

More info: some shells found on the crash site are stamped with 1943,1941 and 1942 dates.
Definetly not Polish Campaign loss.
