Any chance someone could decipher the note on the back of this Do17 photo? http://cgi.ebay.de/FOTO-FLUGZEUG-Get...#ht_500wt_1154 I'm looking for the location. I think it says "... nah der (den?) Schlacht bei Kilmo/Kilno." (... near the battle by ?Kilmo?) Where is this location, exactly? Given the date, presumably in Poland? And does anyone know if the unit mentioned is correct, KGzbV1? I am not to agree on if number is 3152 or 5152 (this is NOT very clear in my copy of BA-MA, RL 2 1175, Page 267), Stkz. DE+GS however should give definite ansver. Best regards ed |
