is this a loudspeaker from a german pilot helmet ?
This comes from a german aircraft and I thought it might be the loudspeaker from the helmet:
am I right ? Am I wrong ? Let me know your opinion. Thanks in advance. GC |
Re: is this a loudspeaker from a german pilot helmet ?
It looks more like an electrical connector than a loud speaker.
It doesn't look German either. Typical flight helmet, the speakers/headphone are pretty flat. http://www.flightgear.ch/LW%20LKpS%2...kps_101_II.htm |

Hi
Note this part with "rundell" was see too in "prufgerat ", part 11, perhaps the reason for red brown colour. Note sometimes red/ brown paint was under blue grey luft. This prüfgerat was used with kompass (harisson explanation is ok) - Same part perhaps but without "rundell" coming frome one Do 217 N1 Photo one - Plug in Prufgerat photo two in thumbnail http://www.histavia21.net/SJB-PARTS/Sjbtech-031.jpg Amic, Dan |
Re: is this a loudspeaker from a german pilot helmet ?
good morning,
see the picture hereattached; it looks like some blue paint has been very partially sprayed, on a small portion of this connector. Markings are : FL32600-1 and Bm77Stp168. Dan, thanks for the pictures (BTW, your site histavia 21 is great). Best regards GC |
