It's interesting to note that plane wears a III. Gruppe Balken, same colour than number, both aren't outlined and no apparent JFV band.
For me, considering the octane triangle tone, it's Braune or Gelbe 20. Regards, Franck. |

By using Google, I noticed a TOCH thread started by Dénes, who asked for which training units did use Gifhorn airfield by April 1945: http://forum.12oclockhigh.net/showthread.php?t=20782 So, thanks to ChristianK, we know that II./JG 105, II./JG 107 and I./JG 110 ended the war there. The airfield thus existed and was operational; this doesn't solve thought the unit from which "Rote 20" or "Gelbe 20" did come from, as none of the mentioned units did have a III Gruppe... I remember... :D My problem here is Marc is right about similarities with "95182" but I have no range 95xxx at all !!!!! and none in 65xxx ... hence my choice. I can't do better with what I have. Regards, Franck. |

Following the lists I hv seen the Györ production after the 91xxx serie, started at 95000, till 95139, nd restart at 95201 to end on the 95463
