Re: Tony Wood's WWII ETO Claims & Losses website

The above URL shows up as expired. I'm trying to determine the Pl.Qu. for Lt. Horst Ademeit 1./JG 54 on 09Sep42 for a "MiG 3". In JFV 9/III by J. Prien it lists 11802. Since there is no "0", I don't know if that is just a fill in for an unknown number. I've noticed this before such as PlQu. 11003 on claims.

Also is there anyone else having problems posting new threads? I hit the forum tools and get thrown to the bottom of the page.

Not to get 'clever' with anyone by appearing to state the obvious in a smartass way but it's worthwhile creating a folder on your computer and downloading all of Tony Wood's files into it for whenever stuff like this happens.

Re: Tony Wood's WWII ETO Claims & Losses website

This thread is confusing - at least to me: if read through from the top, there seems to be disagreement in that Moderator Beaman states that the Les Butler URL worked for him while the rest of us here were not as fortunate.

The consensus seems to be that the "LesButler" URL domain expired and has not been renewed. No other web site appears to have taken over and installed the Tony Wood claims material, and the only recourse is to use the archived copy at the URL provided by DuncanM. Is that correct?

Tony Wood's WWII ETO Claims & Losses website

Hi guys

I checked and I was taken to a web page where a message appeared that the domain has expired. For whatever its worth here are the Allied and Luftwaffe claims files from Wood. I hope this helps.

Horrido!
