The guy on the left is Major Hansgeorg Bätcher receiving his oakleaves from AH, 04/04/44 or 20/04/44, Berghof, Obersalzberg.

Thanks all. The full photo shows Bühligen, Jabs and Jope to the left. I have another similar photo which shows Radusch, Hafner, Schoenert and Herget identified and another 4 to the right of which one looks to be Rudorffer which I will post later

The picture with Rudorffer is not taken the same day. This picture with Rudorffer is taken on 5 May 1944 at the Berghof.
