Thank you all for your comments.
Dirk the point is: what is the word following Flugplatz ? Which Flugplatz ? ... I think it's written Husum. But next, and hence, was a Bristol Blenheim IV recorded at Husum? And when ? Same question for Evere by the way. ... Last I have no image depicting Husum and, of course, cannot confirm my thoughts. I do not recognize Evere though. Very much complicated that story :) |

Thanks Rudi,
Very useful to enlarge my base's Atlas ... ;) Not an air fight then ... The Bf109S are from 5./JG27 then (May/June 1940) Regards, Franck. Note: According Larry deZeng the installations there where huge, I understand why I didn't recognize it. |

Re: Bf109 eBay photo. Help needed for Sütterlin
Hello! I am sorry, because I couldn´t see the first line not before. I mean this will be "Cherson"
Best wishes, Dirk |
Re: Bf109 eBay photo. Help needed for Sütterlin
Hello Dirk,
this isn't "Cherson" because the first letter of this word is an typical written "E" in Sütterlin most mixed up with an modern written "C" (in the meantime it's proofed "Evere") ... and the first word in the second line isn't "nun" but "vorn". Regards Rasmussen |
