The number is not entirely clear but may be D9035 and the machine presumably of the AEF Third Instruction Centre at Issoudun.

Joking aside, I think I can see the two last digits being 78 which sort of takes care of the rest.

Not 100% since the scan (or photo) is not great, but the best I can do!

"TA" is the current doping scheme, British Aeroplane Varnish Co. 'TITANINE A'. Later marked on the rudder stripe.

"RA" was Royal Aircraft Factory A. "CA" was Cellon Ltd. A. "EA" was British Emaillite A.
The device is a Type "C" aerial camera, must have slowed the aeroplane down somewhat.
