Luftwaffe HE177 Clock?
 

Can aynone help me with the identification of this clock.
I am told its possibly from a HE177 or HE111 ?

It looks to me like an FL 23888 that has had its four mounting holes removed. Does the case show signs of being interfered with around the outside of the bezel at about 11, 1, 5 and 7 o'clock?

The type came into production after January 1942.

Manufacturer was Schlenker-Grusen or Kohler & Co.

Not sure if it was ever a He177 or 111 fit though.
