Fw. Josef Kerscher + 10.10.1943 Any details please?

Hi to all,

Can anyone supply any further information regarding the loss of Fw. Josef Kerscher who was a JG pilot killed on the 10.10.1943.
Have a copy of his death card which I hope to use in his page of remembrance.

Is it known in which KG unit(s) he flew previously? A former bomber pilot transferred to the Jagdwaffe it seems...
