S.O.R.A.M.A. - An Unknown Belgian Office/Company

Hi,

The belgian name S.O.R.A.M.A. appears quite often in the french archives, especially when they are dealing with commercial negociations with Belgium. S.O.R.A.M.A. was located at 21, rue Saint-Georges, Brussels. I don't know whether or not it was a belgian company or governmental office.
Apparently, the french planemakers had to issue the commercial proposal to this gvt agency, company or office between 1935 to 40 if they wanted to grab the belgian market.

Can anyone provide information on S.O.R.A.M.A. or meet this name during investigation in archives? Was S.O.R.A.M.A. a belgian airframer/arsenal or part of the Belgian DoD?

Many thanks

Jerome
