Possibly: No.6 Sqn Lysander II L6888 that crashed into high ground 10m E of Rafa, Palestine, 3 June 1940.

E T Williams was granted a short service commission as a Pilot Officer in the RAF on 13 July 1936. He was confirmed in that appointment on 18 May 1937 and promoted Flying Officer on 18 Feb 1939.
