What a ridiculous review-you review the book not it being unavailable. I had one negative review because the book arrived damaged!

Hello Chris,

I have sworn off writing reviews on amazon. I see lees and less actual book reviews and more and more people commenting on their personal biases or preferences. And yes, amazon should be smart enough to channel a "book damaged" complaint to a more appropriate place.
