Help identify emblem on Bf 110

This unit emblem was on a towing Bf 110. Can anyone identify the emblem for me?

I THINK FROM 3.(F)AUFKL.GR.NACHT..IT'S POSSIBLE A TEMPORARY COURIER PLANE FOR THIS NIGHT RECCE UNIT.
