Emblem used by III./JG76 in October 1944?
 

Hi All,
Presently I’m working a a short documentary about 2 airfields in South Germany. The III./JG 76 was based on one of this airfields from early October 1944, renamed to IV./JG 53 end of October and left the field early December 44.
Now I’m looking for the group and squadron emblems during this time period.
Any idea or even a picture?

Hi,

At that late stage of war, with the high rate of attrition, I doubt that there was any III./JG 76 Gruppe or Staffel emblem used over the Gruppe's brief period of existence.

I have never seen emblems for III./JG 76 or its Staffeln
