Ideal British multi-role plane?
 

This one is just for fun - if you could design one additional plane for the RAF/FAA, to be in full squadron service by 1940 and serve throughout the war, what would it look like?

my choice would have to be a Super Gloster Gladiator with all of the good things that all the other aircraft from all Air forces had all rolled into one aircraft .
