Mystery Wellington

I have a picture of what seems to \be a Wellington with the serial BF912. Obviously, this is an error as the serial BF912 was allotted to a Oxford. The serial can't be BE912 as this was a Blenheim. Any ideas?

A 2 gun rear turret was on the Mk's 1 and 2 (and X - but apparently also a 4 gun FRONT turret!!)
