this book is available directly from the publisher for 70€ including P&P (to France).
(it is not an advertising for VDM, but I had a contact with them a few monthes ago for this book...too expensive for me);

Thanks for the head-up Von-Alles... I've located copies available here in the UK at £49.95 via www.helion.co.uk as well as at 50€ thru www.amazon.de...
I was hoping that a spare copy could be sitting on somebodies library shelf cheaper than both these sources...

I bought one copy last week on eBay.de for 55 € including P&P.
Not cheap but a real value.
