RAF Wratting Common Control Log
 

Hi,

I have been told that a RAF Wratting Common Control log exists. Sadly I have not been able to locate it on the NA Discovery search site. Can anyone help? does it exist ?

Any pointers welcome.

Hello Steve. Should it exist it would likely be in AIR15. Many years ago, I had a look at one of the RAF Squires Gate Flying Control log books. One of them is AIR15/689. I believe that a selection of FC logbooks from various RAF Commands was earmarked for preservation and the remainder destroyed. I've had a quick look at the NA website and noted RAF Beccles is available, for example, but no listing for Wratting Common. It might be worth a deeper look, however.
